Job Responsibility:

Centre Innovator: Your fresh perspectives and creative problem-solving skills will contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centre, making it a vibrant space for children, families, and educators alike
Team Leadership Extraordinaire: You'll collaborate closely with a Regional Operations Manager, leveraging your leadership abilities to influence the centre's daily operations and overall direction
Mentor & Inspire: As a key support figure for your team, you'll foster a positive and collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and can succeed
Compliance with a Smile: You'll ensure adherence to all regulations and quality standards, maintaining smooth operations while injecting some positivity and fun into the process
Family Champion: Building strong relationships with families will be crucial, as you partner with them to support each child's individual learning and development

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively
A thorough understanding of the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Regulations
Previous management experience preferred
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
WA Working with Children Check
First Aid in Education and Care Setting
Ongoing work rights in Australia
