Job Description:

We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Sydney Olympic Park ( Murray Rose Avenue ) team with heart and purpose. This is more than a leadership role, it’s an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of something special.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
