Centre Director – Amana OSHC. Are you an experienced OSHC professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career? Amana OSHC is expanding across Victoria, and we’re building a strong pipeline of talented Centre Directors to lead our new services launching in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to register your interest and be considered for both permanent and contract Centre Director positions across Before School Care, After School Care and Holiday Program services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach and support a team of educators
  • Deliver fun, meaningful and child-centred programs
  • Build positive and professional relationships with families, school leaders and the wider community
  • Ensure safe, inclusive and engaging environments for children
  • Oversee compliance, documentation and administrative processes
  • Manage rostering, recruitment support and team development
  • Maintain high-quality programming aligned with the National Quality Framework
  • Daily service leadership and educator supervision
  • Program planning, documentation and child engagement
  • Daily compliance checks, risk management and quality practice
  • Attendance and family communication management
  • Rosters, staffing support and training oversight
  • Maintaining strong school relationships and representing Amana OSHC professionally

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification or higher (or be actively working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification)
  • Previous OSHC or childcare experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, confidence managing teams, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to building community connections
  • Employee Working With Children Check (VIC)
  • HLTAID012 – First Aid in a Childcare Setting
  • CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Mandatory Reporting (Child Safe Standards)
  • National Police Check (within the past 6 months)
