Lead a vibrant, 108-place service located within a bustling shopping complex. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a well-established, high-quality centre with a settled team and a consistent occupancy base. The centre is conveniently located on the top level of a shopping complex in Coorparoo, Queensland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain high operational and educational standards
  • Focus on occupancy growth and marketing strategies for the new year
  • Mentor and retain the high-performing team
  • Lead a 108-place service
  • Drive enrollment to full capacity

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Permanent Full-Time availability
  • Strong leadership presence and visibility on the floor
  • Professional communication skills to build strong relationships with professional families
  • 2 years of experience
  • Minimal Diploma in Children's services or equivalent approved by ACECQA
