Radical Recruitment is partnering with a respected early learning provider in North Melbourne to appoint a Centre Director who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering quality care. This permanent full-time role offers the chance to lead an established service in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing strategic and day-to-day operational leadership
  • Leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Overseeing compliance with the NQS and regulations
  • Building strong family and community relationships
  • Driving enrolment growth and managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Representing the centre in tours, marketing, and recruitment efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Centre Director or senior leadership role in ECEC
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
