As Centre Director, you will be accountable for the overall success of the service.
Job Responsibility:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and ACT regulatory requirements
Driving occupancy, financial performance, and sustainable growth
Embedding high-quality pedagogy and inclusive practice across the service
Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
Managing staffing, rosters, budgets, and operational priorities
Creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff
Requirements:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (ACECQA approved)
Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or ability to obtain)
Proven experience as a Centre Director or Service Manager in early learning
Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law and Regulations
Demonstrated leadership, people management, and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Full-time availability (this role is not suitable for part-time arrangements)
