We are a reputable childcare organisation committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. Our childcare centres are dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's development. We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Erskineville team with heart and purpose (79 places). This is more than a leadership role, it’s an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of something special.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months)
  • Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
  • A natural people leader — confident, compassionate, and committed to growth
  • A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates
