We’re looking for an inspiring Centre Director to lead our passionate team and continue delivering exceptional early childhood education in a nurturing and purpose-built environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a passionate team of educators and nurture a positive, professional culture
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality
Build strong, authentic partnerships with families and the wider community
Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in education and care
Mentor, support and empower your team to grow and shine

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory standards
A hands-on leader with emotional intelligence, resilience, and a true passion for helping children thrive
