Centre Assistant Manager at Formula One Autocentres in Rayleigh. Salary dependant on experience. Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Permanent, Full Time position. Reports to Centre Manager.
Job Responsibility
Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
Ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
Comply with reasonable instructions from Management
The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
