Selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests
Capturing sales from incoming calls
Coordinating details of reservations for all Hotel Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, Room Service
Ensuring guests are well looked after from the start

Requirements
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Strong computer literacy
Knowledge of phone operations
High degree of patience and work with discretion
Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
Open availability and the ability to work all shifts including weekends, overnights, and holidays
Smart Serve Certification
Legal work authorization in Canada
Nice to have
1-2 years previous experience as a Telecommunication Operator, Customer Service Sales Representative, Coordinator or Order Taker in a fast paced Hotel operation
Previous experience with OPERA PMS
Additional language
Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
