Job Responsibility

  • Undertaking a variety of administrative and operational support tasks for the Volume Administration Team and wider Central Support function
  • Creating, inputting, updating and maintaining accurate information within the firm's systems and databases
  • Processing and managing administrative requests in line with agreed procedures and service level expectations
  • Supporting workflow and task management activities to ensure work is completed accurately and within required timescales
  • Assisting with document management, file administration and data maintenance activities
  • Supporting system record creation, amendments and ongoing housekeeping to ensure data accuracy
  • Liaising effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to resolve queries and provide updates
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to support operational efficiency
  • Providing flexible support across Central Support teams during periods of increased workload, absences or business demand
  • Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the role

Requirements

  • Experience working in an administrative, business support or operational support role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines whilst remaining calm and professional
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to support different teams and functions as business needs require
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
