Job Description:

Area Support Chef Manager role with Impact Food Group, one of the fastest growing education catering companies. The position involves working with a team covering a portfolio of schools, supporting across Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset & Gloucester area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with training and development of onsite chefs
  • Cover sickness across sites
  • Be part of mobilisation team
  • Support operations manager across portfolio of sites

Requirements:

  • Chef management experience (ideally from secondary education)
  • Passion for food and service
  • Craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised
  • Understanding of how to prioritise effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
