Play a key role in making sure we have the materials, information and processes needed to deliver great repairs and maintenance services for customers. Provide high-quality administrative support that keeps things moving. This role is busy, varied and rewarding.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing invoices and closing work orders
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers and colleagues
  • Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and customer focus
  • Investigating discrepancies to align with procurement requirements
  • Supporting teams across Commercial Services including Damp & Mould specialists
  • Raising and monitoring orders
  • Ensuring customers have needed information
  • Resolving queries and attending meetings
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance programmes

Requirements
