We're looking for a Central Sales Support to join us at Civils & Lintels in Kirkby in Ashfield! As a Central Sales Support, using our third-party customer pipelines, you will identify and record product opportunities at developer and main contractor stage within the agreed profile, set by Civils and Lintels. This involves identifying projects which are at developer/main contract tender and/or main contract awarded including sub-contractor tender and award stages. You'll also be supporting our internal and external business development teams and key supply chain partners on specific project types and products.

Job Responsibility

  • Create Project Opportunities (PO’s) on CRM using various sources of information
  • track and monitor PO’s using various resources within the set criteria
  • make proactive calls and emails as part of the PO tracking responsibilities
  • research and update PO information on CRM
  • liaise with internal and external sales as required as part of the PO tracking process
  • manage Residential, Key Account and Master POs for the business
