We’re looking for a Central Reservation & Events co-ordinator to assist with bedroom and function bookings within our growing pub and rooms properties. This is a high volume, fast-paced role that requires multitasking and problem-solving skills. If you’re a self - starter with a proactive attitude, we’d love you to come and join our family.
Job Responsibility:
Initial point of contact for guests making bookings
Expertly manage booking systems
Ensure accuracy, maximise occupancy and revenue
Deliver exceptional service
Maintain full compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience of working in hospitality (pubs, restaurants, hotels, or event co-ordination)
Familiarity with booking systems such as HLS, SevenRooms, and other Zonal products
Detail-oriented
Customer-focused
Excellent communicator
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
