Join us at Barclays as a Programme Delivery Manager, where you will shape and drive high-impact programmes within the Organisation Simplification initiative, a workstream within an ambitious strategic programme (Catalyst) to drive efficiency, commercial impact and enhanced customer, client and colleague experiences. In this role you will lead end to end delivery across multiple projects, including target operating model delivery, organisation change and risk governance streamlining.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end to end delivery across multiple projects, including target operating model delivery, organisation change and risk governance streamlining
  • Developing and tracking integrated delivery plans, milestones and risks for complex, cross functional programmes
  • Providing delivery assurance, effective risk management (RAID), driving pace, decision making and benefits realisation across different projects, including leading the programme governance cadence meetings
  • Managing organisation change in banking
  • Managing senior stakeholders (MD/ExCo level) and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Providing clear programme communications (progress, planned activities, key decisions, risks etc) to ExCo level audiences

Requirements

  • Developing and tracking integrated delivery plans, milestones and risks for complex, cross functional programmes
  • Providing delivery assurance, effective risk management (RAID), driving pace, decision making and benefits realisation across different projects, including leading the programme governance cadence meetings
  • Managing organisation change in banking
