This is an exciting time to join our team as a Central Planning Unit Coordinator, where you’ll optimise operational routes across our entire UK branch network, analyse data to drive efficiency, support cross-departmental planning, and ensure seamless service delivery on all our driver routes.
Job Responsibility:
Optimise operational routes across the entire UK branch network
Analyse data to drive efficiency
Support cross-departmental planning
Ensure seamless service delivery on all driver routes
Utilise technology tools to plan routes for CViT and ATM services
Constantly monitor route data and analyse performance to maximise efficiency
Support management in efficient team rostering
Assist with onboarding new clients through site surveys
Ensure all operational processes meet company standards
Requirements:
Organised

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable using various systems and software
Able to adapt to changing circumstances
Positive, learning-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
