Job Description

As Central Operations Manager, you will be part of a versatile and fast-moving team that drives improvements across our operational processes, workforce effectiveness and strategic execution. You sit in the broader Central Operations team, working closely with both market teams and central functions to turn data and insights into scalable operational excellence. Your impact will span operational strategy, cross-market collaboration and continuous improvement of how we run our business every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the rollout and follow-up of operational initiatives across markets
  • Drive the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ways of working, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Partner with markets to adopt new tools, workflows and processes that improve performance
  • Coordinate pilots, tests and operational improvements, including documentation, tracking and follow-up on outcomes
  • Collect, structure and analyse operational data to support performance tracking and decision-making
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs such as efficiency, quality, cost and compliance
  • Support root cause analysis of operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare materials and insights for reviews, workshops and stakeholder updates
  • Collaborate closely with market teams and central functions to share knowledge and best practices across markets

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or a similar field (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional fluency in English
  • 1+ years of experience working hands-on with business modelling, data analysis and building dashboards
  • Strong data analytics skills, including the ability to independently manage large data sets and provide strategic insights to key stakeholders
  • Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau/Steep)
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across teams or markets
  • A strong drive for operational excellence, with attention to detail and follow-through
