A leading global medical technology company is seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Central Marketing Support Coordinator to provide centralized operational support to four senior marketing VPs in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This is not a traditional admin role — it's a forward-thinking position focused on leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and consistency across executive marketing operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas for four Central Marketing VPs, ensuring materials are delivered on time and meetings are well-organized
Use approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot-style platforms) to draft summaries, communications, and documents
develop reusable prompts for consistency and efficiency
Leverage AI to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities across VP priorities, streamlining workflows and automating recurring deliverables
Maintain structured folders, templates, and version control in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, along with a curated library of effective prompts and outputs
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track action items through completion, escalate risks when necessary, and drive overall speed and quality of deliverables
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, marketing coordination, or operations support role
Experience supporting senior leaders or working in a global, matrixed environment is a strong advantage
Prior exposure to marketing, digital, or commercial environments is helpful but not required
Experience supporting large-scale change programs or training/capability-building initiatives is a plus
