Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first leader and high-performing operator to take on the role of Central London Operations Manager, leading our flagship restaurants in one of the most fast-paced and exciting markets in the business. This is a high-impact role leading some of our most prominent flagship restaurants in Central London, so we’re looking for someone who knows what it takes to operate in high-profile, high-volume, fast-paced locations. You’ll bring strong multi-site experience, a sharp commercial mindset, and a proven ability to lead flagship QSR restaurants where standards, energy and execution have to be exceptional every single day. You’ll be the driver of culture across your area, leading your General Managers and bringing to life our ‘bring the fun’ value. You’ll provide clear direction, motivational leadership and hands-on support, while owning your KPIs, with a particular focus on sales and profit performance. At the same time, you’ll ensure the very highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness are delivered consistently across every restaurant.

Requirements

  • Strong experience and a proven track record in a multi-site hospitality business, ideally within QSR or casual dining
  • Experience operating flagship, high-volume restaurants in Central London or similarly high-profile trading environments
  • A strong understanding of what excellent looks like in flagship QSR operations, with the ability to balance pace, standards, service and commercial results
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Lead by example, live and breathe an epic guest experience, and consistently drive KPIs
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams
  • Extensive experience recruiting, developing and talent planning within your restaurant teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse financial performance and make sound commercial decisions
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
