As Central Fulfilment Goods Flow Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Achieving set Distribution Centre, Customer Distribution Centre, Central Parcel Unit targets, and developing and implementing better ways of working in collaboration with the Central Fulfilment team. Analysing and reporting of all flows and ensuring execution of range and mapping strategy to enable optimised space utilisation. Securing the Goods Flow team’s competence in working processes, complying IKEA rules and guidelines, laws and regulations within the Goods Flow operations. The management of handling materials to facilitate daily operations including ordering, stock taking and distribution within operations. Securing sufficient mid-term staff, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast tools, to ensure operational activities meet goods availability. Identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing talents in the goods flow team to secure a diverse, competent and high performing team and future succession. Securing any necessary training or licensing for Goods Flow co-workers in a timely manner.

Requirements:
A passion for logistics and home furnishing
A good understanding of the IKEA supply chain methods and IKEA customer meeting points
Incredible people leadership skills as well as excellent communication

Must have the availability to work 2pm -10pm on weekdays and some weekends as required
As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment medical and police check for final candidates
If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a forklift license.
