5+ years' experience building a high performing team
Demonstrated track record of success in high-volume pharmacy management

Job Responsibility

Manage the overall operations of the Central Fill pharmacy, including oversight of 20+ employees and 15+ non-resident pharmacy licenses
Manage development & performance of their team and setting goals for streamlined operations of their facility
Ensure that hiring goals are met and maintained to budget, resources are in place for fulfillment of budgeted prescriptions, prescription cost to fill is monitored, orders are delivered to stores on time and with efficiency, and compliance with the regulatory requirements of all state licenses is maintained
Partner with the corporate team to meet these goals
Complete pharmacist workflow tasks such as verification
Lead and direct Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
Accountable for management, oversight and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy

Must be at least 18 years of age
Pharmacy Technician certification or license as required by state Board of Pharmacy to work as a pharmacy technician
Multi-task and work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Understand and manage orders within a multistep pharmacy workflow
