Job Description

To prepare for the role of Center Director by learning and mastering all aspects of center operations, management, and educational leadership within a C2 Education learning center. This involves developing proficiency in sales, marketing, student and family relations, teacher management, and curriculum implementation, ultimately ensuring the center's success in providing high-quality educational services and achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of center operations, including sales processes, marketing strategies, and financial management
  • Learn and implement C2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, community outreach, and enrollment consultations
  • Assist with the management of the center staff, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback
  • Learn and adhere to C2 Education's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
  • Contribute to the overall success of the center by achieving student performance goals and meeting business targets
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in education and management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective families and community partners
  • Manage student schedules and track their progress, providing regular updates to parents
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and inventory management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Able to travel to multiple centers if necessary
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher
