Job Description

Our customer in Vinterbro is looking for a CE driver for the summer! We are now looking on behalf of our customer for you who enjoy an active and exciting working day as a distribution driver just outside Oslo! Our customer is Norway's leading grocery chain and has since 1979 distributed all over the country. With a strong focus on good quality, social responsibility, sustainability and low prices, they are today one of the country's strongest brands. Above all, they work to create good experiences for customers, colleagues and at the same time be able to provide low prices. The position involves loading and unloading, and some of this will occur in the fridge and freezer. It is important that you agree with this.

Job Responsibility

  • be an ambassador, upkeep the company's values and provide customer service

Requirements

  • driver's license class CE, valid Code95 and digital driver's license
  • experience as a truck driver
  • good communication skills in Norwegian or English
  • truck/forklift certificate T1

  • Carries out the safe removal of all vehicles, assigned either via the tablet p.c. or by telephone from the pound
  • Ensures all photographs required of the vehicle are taken and completes a vehicle condition report, contacts the pound to confirm removal and requests the Police are informed
  • Delivers the vehicles to the pound, unloads and takes further photographs
  • Requests next task from the office and repeats the process
  • Can often work with other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available
