Job Description:

A well-established CDM Consultancy based in London is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their growing team. This CDM Principal Designer role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. The successful CDM Principal Designer will be joining a consultancy known for its collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and delivering CDM duties in line with CDM 2015 regulations
  • Coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase
  • Liaising with architects, contractors, and clients
  • Preparing pre-construction information
  • Reviewing design risk assessments
  • Attending design meetings

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Membership of APS (IMaPS or CMaPS preferred)
  • Proven experience operating as a CDM Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
