Job Description

A well-established CDM Consultancy based in London is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join their growing team. This CDM Principal Designer role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. The successful CDM Principal Designer will be joining a consultancy known for its collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility

Managing and delivering CDM duties in line with CDM 2015 regulations
Coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase
Liaising with architects, contractors, and clients
Preparing pre-construction information
Reviewing design risk assessments
Attending design meetings

Requirements

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
Membership of APS (IMaPS or CMaPS preferred)
Proven experience operating as a CDM Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
