Job Description:

A long-established Construction Consultancy are expanding their CDM Principal Design team. They are looking to bring a CDM Principal Designer into the business to work across a huge variety of CDM projects. The business has grown organically over 30+ years, mostly from repeat business from their clients. You will work in a close-knit team with a varied day to day from their wide scope of CDM and Design led projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages
  • Working across a huge variety of CDM projects
  • Working on projects spanning right across the built environment, from ecclesiastical to education and infrastructure, and everything in-between

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • TechIOSH or IMaPs membership

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful project delivery
  • Work collaboratively across seven offices to maintain consistent and high-quality CDM services
