Job Description:

A specialist CDM consultancy in Ashford is looking for a motivated CDM Principal Designer to join its expanding health and safety team. This is a great opportunity for a CDM Principal Designer with at least two years of experience looking to develop further in a client-facing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide Principal Designer services to a diverse client base
Advise on pre-construction risk and compliance with CDM 2015
Attend design meetings
Review documentation
Support project teams throughout the pre-construction phase

Requirements:

2 years minimum experience delivering CDM services
Understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations
Design qualification or relevant construction background preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent health and safety training beneficial

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent health and safety training beneficial
