Job Description

A family-feel multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to step up from an Assistant Principal Designer position. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven consultant with around one year of experience who is looking to take on more responsibility, working across varied project sectors with tailored mentorship and support.

Job Responsibility

Assist in the fulfilment of Principal Designer duties under the CDM 2015 Regulations
Attend design meetings
Compile pre-construction information
Engage with clients and contractors to maintain health and safety standards

Requirements

Around 1 year of experience in a CDM or H&S role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
Keen to progress toward TechIOSH or IMaPS
