Job Description:

A fast growing CDM and Building Safety Consultancy are now seeking an CDM Principal Designer to be involved in a huge variety of projects, from new build hospitals to commercial and mixed-use developments. The CDM Principal Designer will receive shares within the business after 2 years of employment, the business has grown to circa 15 staff in 2 years, you can join this exciting journey. They offer autonomy that is hard to find, if you have a professional sense of time management you will truly have the best work-life balance possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages
  • Clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role
  • NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate
