Job Description:

A design led consultancy integrating CDM from concept stage are looking for an Architect or Design professional who is keen to move into a CDM Principal Designer role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors
  • Use experience of design risk management to eliminate risk at early design stages
  • Act as CDM Principal Designer
  • Mitigating risk at early design stages
  • Lead on all CDM-related tasks
  • Ensure handover to Principal Contractor is effective and smooth

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015
  • Background in Architecture or Design focused work
  • Keen eye for spotting and eliminating risk at early design stages
  • Clear communication skills
