Job Description:

A close-knit, modern CDM specialist consultancy are seeking a proactive CDM Principal Designer to help delivery on Design Risk Management, across a range of commercial, education and mixed-use developments. This is a great opportunity to become part of a consultancy that values collaboration and technical quality. The CDM Principal Designer will assist in delivering CDM advice under the 2015 regulations. You will carry out design risk reviews, attend site visits, and provide pre-construction information packs, working across the South East.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience in a CDM-focused role
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Familiar with RIBA stages and construction documentation
