Job Description:

A prestigious Construction Consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer (CDM) who has Architectural experience to join their established team within their beautiful London office. They will provide access to the most iconic projects within London, most of which are centrally located so your travel will be minimal. This would allow for dynamic career progression and company benefits that you would struggle to find elsewhere.

Job Responsibility:

Manage portfolio across a range of projects
provide access to the most iconic projects within London

Requirements:

Experience as an Architect or Surveyor with demonstrable Project experience
NEBOSH Construction (Preferred)
Tech IOSH (Preferred)
APS membership (preferred)
Strong communication abilities
attention to detail
capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience undertaking Principal Design duty
