Job Description:

A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy are seeking a confident CDM Principal Designer, with a design background who can manage a new portfolio of projects that have been onboarded by a prestigious client. You would join a team of ex-Architects turned Principal Designers.

Job Responsibility:

Advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations
Lead within Design meetings
Ensuring design stage risk is managed

Requirements:

Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (required)
2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required)
NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (preferred)
TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General
TechIOSH Membership
APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership
