Job Description:

A family-oriented multi-disciplinary consultancy in Sevenoaks is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join its health and safety division. With a strong emphasis on work-life balance and collaboration, this firm offers a supportive environment for an experienced CDM Principal Designer.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the integration of health and safety in the design process
Advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015
Preparing pre-construction information
Liaising closely with all project stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CDM or Principal Designer role
Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Background in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying desirable
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
APS membership or NEBOSH qualification advantageous

Nice to have:

APS membership or NEBOSH qualification
