Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy with a close-knit CDM team are looking to offer a confident CDM Principal Designer an opportunity to grow within their business. Their team has been successfully built by two experienced Directors, from which you will collaborate with as you lead on key client accounts. You will deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations, attend design team meetings, and coordinate with clients to ensure health and safety considerations are embedded early in the design process.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations
Attend design team meetings
Coordinate with clients to ensure all health and safety considerations are embedded early in the design process
Work across the pre-construction stage
Provide hands-on support for multiple concurrent projects

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant role
NEBOSH Construction / General / Fire Certificate
TechIOSH membership
APS membership
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying

Nice to have:

APS membership
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying
