Job Description:

A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy are seeking a confident CDM Principal Designer, with a design background who can manage a new portfolio of projects onboarded by a prestigious client. The team is made up of ex-Architects and Designers providing Principal Designer services. The role involves advising on CDM 2015 regulations and leading design meetings. Flexible working patterns available.

Job Responsibility:

Advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations
lead within Design meetings

Requirements:

Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (required)
2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required)
NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (required)
TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)

Nice to have:
