Job Description:

A fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Reading is seeking an ambitious CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career with real scope for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects
Support clients from project inception
Carry out design risk reviews
Ensure health and safety compliance throughout

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CDM role
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
Relevant design or construction background
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred
