Job Description:

A personable CDM and Design Risk Management Consultancy are seeking a driven CDM Consultant to manage a trusted client account and support with their varied portfolio. You will work from an office half the time and work from home the rest of the time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Principal Designer and Client Advisor
  • Lead Design Risk Workshops
  • Manage CDM compliance for a variety of clients
  • Gather Pre-Construction Information
  • Compile Construction Phase Plans
  • Conduct site inspections

Requirements:

  • 2 years within CDM (required)
  • NEBOSH Construction / General (required)
  • TechIOSH Membership (required/minimum)
  • APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful project delivery
  • Work collaboratively across seven offices to maintain consistent and high-quality CDM services
