Job Description:

A personable CDM and Design Risk Management Consultancy are seeking a driven CDM Consultant to manage a trusted client account and support with their varied portfolio. You will work from an office half the time and work from home the rest of the time.

Job Responsibility:

Act as Principal Designer and Client Advisor
Lead Design Risk Workshops
Manage CDM compliance for a variety of clients
Gather Pre-Construction Information
Compile Construction Phase Plans
Conduct site inspections

Requirements:

2 years within CDM (required)
NEBOSH Construction / General (required)
TechIOSH Membership (required/minimum)
APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
