Job Description:

An independent CDM specialist consultancy is seeking a capable CDM Principal Designer to strengthen its growing team, offering a mix of site-based and remote work. The role involves responsibilities under CDM 2015 regulations, including site inspections, risk register maintenance, and project documentation review.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out duties under the CDM 2015 regulations, including site inspections
  • Maintain risk registers
  • Review project documentation
  • Ensure effective coordination between all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a CDM role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • APS or IOSH membership
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and safety regulations
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills

Nice to have:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
