A CDM specialist consultancy based in Watford is looking to bring on board a confident CDM Principal Designer with at least two years’ experience. You will enjoy a flexible working pattern with local projects, the consultancy offers strong technical support and career progression opportunities also. The role would suit someone who is passionate about design safety, confident in client meetings, and eager to develop into a more senior position within a specialist environment.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations
attend design team meetings
coordinate with clients to ensure all health and safety considerations are embedded early in the design process
work across the pre-construction stage
provide hands-on support for multiple concurrent projects
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant role
NEBOSH Construction / General / Fire Certificate
TechIOSH membership
APS membership (preferred)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
