Job Description:

A personable CDM Principal Design specialist is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to manage a very interesting project portfolio, which included iconic Sports Stadiums. You will act as Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 Regulations, working closely with Clients and Design teams to ensure compliance throughout the design stage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Work closely with Clients and Design teams to ensure compliance throughout the design stage
  • Attend design meetings
  • Compile pre-construction information
  • Engage with clients and contractors to maintain health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 year of experience in a CDM or Principal Design role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Membership with APS and/or IOSH
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying

Nice to have:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
