Job Description:

An Engineering Consultancy is looking for a CDM Principal Designer to oversee key Public and Private sector clients. This opportunity offers high-flexibility and autonomous work culture and you will work in a team with a wealth of experience. You will oversee a varied portfolio of projects, acting as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor, working closely with experienced CDM Consultants.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a varied portfolio of projects
act as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor
offer guidance and design safety expertise during client meetings
ensure comprehensive support across all project stages.

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction
Tech IOSH
APS membership
Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying
At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Strong communication abilities
attention to detail
the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
