Job Description:

A fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Reading is seeking an ambitious CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career with real scope for progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects
  • Support clients from project inception
  • Carry out design risk reviews
  • Ensure health and safety compliance throughout

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CDM role
  • Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Relevant design or construction background
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful project delivery
  • Work collaboratively across seven offices to maintain consistent and high-quality CDM services
