Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking a proactive CDM Principal Designer to support on an exciting variety of commercial and residential schemes. The business has seen consistent success and is now expanding its CDM team to support further growth across London and the Southeast.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations
Attend design meetings
Liaise with architects and contractors
Review pre-construction documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CDM Principal Designer role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (essential)
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Membership of APS or IOSH (preferred)
