Job Description:

A fast growing, established Engineering Consultancy with a close-knit CDM team, are looking for a confident CDM Principal Designer to look after a range of projects which would offer a direct line into a Senior position. This role comes with Hybrid flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Principal Designer
  • advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations
  • lead within Design meetings
  • manage your own portfolio

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year within a CDM Principal Design role
  • NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General
  • TechIOSH Membership
  • APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership
  • Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying)
