A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a proficient CDM Principal Designer to work on diverse projects and advise clients on CDM 2015 regulations. The firm is known for promoting within and offers career progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Principal Designer

  • lead within Design meetings

Requirements:

  • 2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S
  • NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General
  • TechIOSH Membership
  • APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership
  • Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying)

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive successful project delivery
  • Work collaboratively across seven offices to maintain consistent and high-quality CDM services
