Job Description:

A fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an ambitious CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding safety team in Berkshire. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver full Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 Regulations across a mix of commercial and residential projects
  • Support clients from project inception
  • Carry out design risk reviews
  • Ensure health and safety compliance throughout

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM role
  • Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Relevant design or construction background
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • NEBOSH Construction or similar certification preferred

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction or similar certification
