Job Description

A respected architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering beautifully considered and technically complex projects is seeking a CDM Consultant to join their growing team in Central London. Working across a diverse range of developments, this role offers an excellent opportunity to influence design-led projects from an early stage. The CDM Consultant will benefit from working within a creative environment where health and safety is approached with design integrity and compliance in mind. This is an ideal role for someone looking to advance their CDM career in a highly collaborative practice.

Job Responsibility

Support the delivery of CDM 2015 services
Act as Principal Designer
Liaise closely with in-house architects and external consultants
Guide design teams through the design risk management process
Ensure construction health and safety is embedded into every stage

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
Design background (Architecture/Engineering/Surveying) preferred
APS membership and TechIOSH (preferred)
