Job Description:

A Construction Design Risk specialist consultancy are looking for a motivated CDM Principal Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Consultant to join a team Design Risk specialists and influence design risk management across varied and complex schemes. The role involves providing expert CDM and Principal Designer services from concept to handover while working in a flexible and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing multiple projects across the South East
Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
Conducting design risk assessments
Engaging with clients and contractors
Reviewing pre-construction information and design team documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer role
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Tech IOSH
APS Membership (preferred)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams

Nice to have:

APS Membership
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying
