Job Description

A successful and growing Construction Consultancy is seeking a motivated CDM Consultant eager to advance their career within Health & Safety. The role provides the chance to take full ownership of projects, supported by a flexible hybrid working model. You will fulfill the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor while collaborating with a team of experienced CDM professionals and architects.

Job Responsibility

Fulfill the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor
Collaborate closely with an experienced in-house team of CDM professionals and architects

Requirements

NEBOSH Construction (required)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (preferred)
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Surveying or Health & Safety (preferred)
At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Strong communication abilities
Attention to detail
Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

APS membership
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Surveying or Health & Safety
